Position Summary: 

 

 

 

 

 

Provides a wide variety of basic  to advanced  maintenance procedures to buildings and equipment, including repairs, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety inspections and facilities improvement and modernization. Independently performs construction tasks and maintains stock levels. Must remain flexible in response to change. Able to perform basic computer skills.

Scheduled Hours

40 hours per week, day shift.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:    

1. High School Graduate required with Technical School training preferred

   2. Minimum 4 years previous general maintenance or construction work
   

3.  Knowledge of healthcare setting and ability to read blueprints or schematic drawings desirable.

4.  Hands on experience in general maintenance and 3-5 years experience in painting/wallpaper hanging

Certification/License: 1. Current Massachusetts driver's license required
